How to Order.

We strive to make ordering at MYCOMFORTCHAIR.COM as quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our collections or use Search to find desired product. Checkout is even easier. When you've found a product, click on the item name or image.

1) Add to Cart
You are now on the product information page. Here, you can choose the color, size and other attributes of the product. When you are finished, click the "Add to Cart" button.

2) Review order:
You are now on the Order Summary page. Here, you can review all the items you have placed in your bag and information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, quantity for individual items or remove an item from your bag. (If you make any changes to your order, click the UPDATE button to see your revised total. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.

3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. MYCOMFORTCHAIR uses passwords to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password and click Submit. If you are a new customer, please register now.

4) Ship To Information
You are now in Ship to page. Here you need to specify where you want us to ship your order. "Save As" field is a nickname you give to ship to address. This helps to track multiple ship to addresses.
(Note: "Save as" can be any word, phrase and/ or numbers)

4) Shipment Summary
You are now on the "Shipment Summary" page. Here, you can review your total order and select shipping method.

5) Payment Information

You are now on the Payment Information page. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. The last step is entering your credit card. When you are finished, click Complete Order.

6) Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number.

MYCOMFORTCHAIR.COM values the privacy of our partners and customers. WE DO NOT SELL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHER COMPANIES. In keeping to the highest Web standards, we would like to detail what information we use, and how we use it:

The Web server does log your IP address in standard server logs. We use your IP address to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of our site.

We require information for shipping and billing products also to help us provide our customers with the best customer service and with valuable information regarding relevant products and services. If we do use this information for promotional purposes, we would get explicit permission first. Without explicit permission, we will not use any addresses gathered through our store except for order processing.
If we do use mailing lists for advertising or promotional purposes, we will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future mailings.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express

We will ship the product after we receive your money order, cashiers check.

You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined.
And your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number you entered is authorized and captured.

TAX

MYCOMFORTCHAIR.COM does not charge sales tax except for Nebraska shipping addresses. However, NEBRASKA residents may enjoy a lower shipping cost due to shorter distances.

• The current tax rate for NE residents is 7%.

SHIPPING

After successfully processing your order, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours from distribution center. MYCOMFORTCHAIR.COM will provide you with UPS tracking number after shipment of product(s).

You can track your shipments at UPS.COM with the tracking information supplied to you by e-mail.

WARRANTY

Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with.
Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.
To arrange to have goods repaired under warranty you need to contact the manufacturer's warranty department with the product number and serial number. You will need to give a product description and outline the problem.

MYCOMFORTCHAIR.COM accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.

Return Policy

You are entitled to store credit or a refund  ( - 20% re-stocking fee) of the purchase price (not including shipping charges).

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with which you ordered the product, and you will receive notification once the transaction has occurred.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered you must contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace the item in a timely manner.

If the product has a manufacturing defect please let us know right away since you are entitled to a defect free product. We will identify the problem and send you a replacement. Do not attempt to fix the item yourself. You may cause unintended damage which will void the warranty.

We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do not accept returns without a RGA number as instructed below.

20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Return Procedures

Complete RGA Request form within 15 days of receiving the product to get a RGA number. Please do not mail back the product without receiving a RGA number. You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted merchandise.

All returns must be in a fully resalable condition - including all packaging and package inserts. If in "open box" condition a repackaging fee may be assessed. You must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving the RGA number.
